Happy Thanksgiving

Cranberry Salsa

2 TBSP orange juice or sugar
2 cups fresh cranberries
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup minced green onion
2 TBSP chopped cilantro
1 tsp. ginger root ( or ground ginger)
1 jalapeno minced
salt to taste

Blend in food processor, serve with crackers, cream cheese or tortilla chips.
